Princess 33 MKI Built circa 1981

This is a well equipped example of this 33ft Motor Cruiser from the pen of John Benett and built by Marine Projects of Plymouth.

Powered by twin Ford Mermaid 4 cylinder diesel inboards on shafts 8-10 knots cruising 12 knots maximum.

2 x Ford Mermaid four cylinder naturaly aspirated diesel inboard engines.

Total Power: 180hp  -  2 x 80hp each .

Water Capacity:  254 Litres approx.


Hull, Deck and Superstructure are all of GRP.

Interior fish is of Teak and Teak effect formica.

Blue cloth upholstery.

Blue carpets throughout.

There are 12 volt electrics throughout supplied from a switched 12 volt battery bank which in turn are charged by the engine alternators.

240 volt shore power supply with inline battery charger.

There are 5/6 Berths accomodation as follows.

Forward cabin has two single berths in traditional 'v' formation hanging lockers to Port and Starboard side.

Heads situated on Starboard side with WC and wash basin hot and cold pressurised water.

Lower Saloon Dinette is to port side with 'U' shaped settee and table good stowage above below and behind settee. the Settee dinette can be converted to a double berth.

Galley is to Starboard side in traditional 'L' shape layout with Stainless steel sink, Cooker with two burners oven and grill, Front opening fridge. Good work surface and storage lockers.

Upper Saloon has large straight settee berth to Starboard side and Helm position opposite to Port side. The settee berth can convert to a double berth.

Aft cockpit has straight bench seat aft and a large deck accessed Lazarette locker.
