37ft Lundy Class Motorsailer Built in 1965.

This Motorsailer is from the pen Walter F Rayner and yard of J Hinks and Son a very renowned boatbuilder. She boasts good accommodation plan and a high level of specification. A very attractive Lady for not a lot of money.

There are 12 & 24 volt electrics throughout supplied by 4 x 12 volt batteries which in turn are charged by the engine alternator.

240v shore power supply fitted with inline battery charger facility.

HFL 6kva Generator which feeds ring mains system and inline Battery charger.

Accommodations

There are six berths in two cabins + saloon arrangement from forward.

Forward cabin has two single berths in 'V' formation with good stowage facilities above and below berths.

Galley is on Starboard side aft of forward cabin with 2 burner cooker with oven and grill, Microwave oven, Stand alone fridge, Stainless steel sink and good work surface and stowage lockers and cupboards.

Heads situated on Port side with WC and washbasin.

Main saloon has settee berth to Port and Starboard side with Saloon table between. There is also a helm position to Starboard side.

Aft cabin has berths to port and Starboard side with good stowage and also vainity sink.
